Acceptance of Terms & Account Creation

90210 reserves the right to decline registration applications or suspend accounts suspected of violating the above conditions without prior notice.
Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 90210 support team.

User Responsibilities & Terms of Use

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 90210 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go, and local bank transfers.
Important information regarding transactions:
- Deposits: All deposits are processed once payment has been confirmed by the financial service provider. 90210 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the limits and timeframes set out in your account panel. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in your own name.
- Bonus terms: Any bonus or promotional credit received may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted. Detailed conditions are stated alongside each promotional offer.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions: 90210 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity, and to report such cases to the relevant authorities.

- Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or the use of multiple accounts.
- Providing false information during registration.
- Requests by the relevant authorities.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 90210 support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 90210 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of 90210 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
